It says verizon yahoo is not compatible yet. what do I have to do to use yahoo IM?

Just use Yahoo! until then, it's compatible with MSN. But IMVU is better and has a chat service (in 3D) that actually works while the others currently have some server issues. Try it, you'll like it: http://imvu.com/catalog/web_invitation.php?userId=9536794&from=power-email
Oh, I see what you're saying. Use the AT&T/Yahoo version which you can download at http://messenger.yahoo.com

You'll have to wait until your IM service has software that runs on Windows Vista or find an alternative IM service - this is the problem with having Vista as soon as it's on the market, not everyone/everything supports it.

I think that you should contact AOL, and see if they can do anything about it, if not, try contacting Microsoft.
