Ive been using hot air popped popcorn in the evenings when I get hungry to keep from grabbing somthing with more calories, but it's starting to get boring with JUST the popcorn and nothing else, is there anything I can add to it but not add calories?

Yes, there are great ways to flavour just regular air popcorn!

Try sprinkling spices and/or seasonings like chili powder, garlic seasoning, etc. over your popcorn.

For only a few extra calories but still healthy you could just sprinkle a tiny bit of grated cheese on your popcorn.

i agree popcorn can get boring after a while. try oregano, and other seasonings. adding a hot spice might actually make you feel more full. it's very tasty.

i use spray butter and salt. the butter is only like 5 calories per spray.
That's my favorite evening snack too.
