It shakes usally when first started, and when idling.. Just wondering what that could be.. Also I did the check engine light test where you turn the key.. on,off.. on, off.. then on, and it just read back 55 which on the code list means its done testing, so nothing came back... Thanks in advance to anyone that has any input...

i own a repair shop ,and look at the mounts real good in it,they will cause it to shake a lot,and if it has any kind of a miss-fire in the engine with a bad mount it will cause it to shake real bad,it makes them feel awful, but its probably not as bad as it seems, but be sure and check all the mounts in it ,either one can cause it to shake like this, good luck,i hope this helps.

If you would like to test the motor mount simply have a friend place the car in drive while holding down the brake pedal and sightly accelerate the motor while you are watching the engine with the hood open, (car does not move) if the mount is broken the engine will lift (torque over) to one side more then normal-slightly.

It might be an engine or transmission mount. Get it checked out by a mechanic.
