i have been for one and a half years and seeing him almostb every day is tearing me apart, buy at the same time all the pain is worth it just to look at him from across a room. I am so pathetic, and ive taken to silently crying myself to sleep every night (not on purpose I just cant help it) dont ask cause there is no way I can ever be with him (hes 4 years older then me and he just doesent think of me that way) I try to find other guys to keep my mind off it but I just cant because I dont feel attracted to them because I am so in love with this guy. I cant stop seeing him cause he is in my theatre group and I love it. and dont tell me to find other intrests cause I have plenty but the small amount of releif they bring me is only temporary. I took time to get over him, I waited a year, but I cant stop loving him, and I think hes the person im supposed to be with. someone help me please!!

Well I can tell you one thing...telling him you are in love with him right off the bat will not sit well with him, but rather scare him off. Guys like honesty in a female, just not too much too soon. If I were you, I'd try to spend some time alone with him on a regular basis to see if he truly is the guy you think he is. After that, depending on your conclusion, tell him you have some feelings for him or move on. If you really do love him, see what he says about dating or a relationship with you. If he's already taken or turns you down, then for your own sake, you should really move on. If he considers it, then I wish you two all the best. Good luck to you.

Just sit down with him and tell him how you feel. Then see how he wants to handle it. Make sure that your view of him isn't a fantasy view in your mind but what you love about him is real. Also be prepared to be rejected, it won't be the end of the world it will be a lesson you will learn from and then move on.

Put it on prayers! God has the best answer for you. Don't trust your heart make a wise decision. It's nice to be in-love but think also the realities.. are you seeing this guy to be your future husband? If not then the love you have is just an infatuation.

Stop crying yourself to sleep and do something about it! Even if he doesn't like you, you feel much better than you do now if you just get it over with. If you love him so much tell him because one day he wont be there and you will be wondering all your life "what if..?"

Have you acctualy talked to him about you two? I think you should give it a chance and talk to him! Just because he is older than you, you should NOT keep your fealings to your self. Talk to him and I'm preatty shure that he might have the same fealings for you. And if he doesn't well it will be easier for you to move on.

many people have age differences in relationships. and that's ok. but since you're young...there's many other fish in the sea. try getting him to notice you and if that doesn't work, move on. "No boy is worth crying over and the one who is won't make you cry."

I agree with hotdevil... ask the guy out! Only then will you know if he is the type for you, or just a jerk! But beware of guys who are so into themselves... they may just use you for a little while, then throw you away....

you have closed all avenue of escape except one: so you better tell him what you feel. take the risk. everything else didn't work, as you said. so better tell him outright that you love him. and be ready with the consequences-wether he'll reject you or not. good if not, but if he rejected you, accept it. you no longer have any choice. good luck, girl.

try to ask him if he lke anyone then eventually ask him if he likes u that way. or u could go with just going up to him and asking him if he wants to hang out. (movies, swim pool, ur house, dinner, etc.) oh, and before you do that, confirm with your parents because one time i came home and was like, "mom i have a boy friend" she was like "????... what?"
