Well I have to say that question is rather wide open.
Doing it in the street, even if it feels good, could conceivably harm someone else other than the doer. For instance even if you are hit by a car, you could cause the driver to hit you, go through his windshield and die. Or, the airbag might open and cause a couple of broken ribs.
Of course, lets say you're really just doing it on the side of the road. Whatever it is that you might be doing on the side of the road might cause a driver to be distracted, lose control of her car, and hit a tree or something.
Now all of that said, I would not suggest doing anything in the street that doesn't ordinarily occur there and does so in accordance with traffic laws. But, if it feels good, then you can do it anywhere else, provided of course you don't break any laws like trespassing, etc.
There are some things that you can do that feel good, but there are laws against doing those things anywhere. For instance doing drugs might feel good, and might not immediately harm anyone; but eventually you might run out of money to buy more drugs to feel good, and then pick up a life of crime in order to buy more drugs. Then someone else will get hurt besides you. Certain forms of sex are illegal, but suffice it to say legal sex involves sex between two consenting adults, and it can be any which way but loose as long as it is consensual.
But most importantly, I think society wants us to do what feels good while exercising restraint, discipline .. you know judgment, and discretion.
So do it if it feels good. Just keep it legal and use discretion and good judgment.

it feels good and i do it where i want to do it. More ofetn than not, it happens not to be the side of the road. What are you really asking? are you trying to use premature, unsubstantiated psychology to say why are you doing it if you cannot do it in the street?
Sex feels good and hopefully you allow yourself he pleasure once in a while. Do you do it on the street? Why not?

Yes, if your community has no written objections, (laws) - then go for it. Adventures, laughing, dances, games - shuld be every weekend goals. (Daily if possible.)
"If you can't do the time - don't do the crime." Probably should be whispered around your "party" to prevent over zealous members.
Oh, moderation in all things - applies...lol...
