I'm charging my energizer rechargeable batteries and the lights of two batteries are blinking.?

What does that mean? the light turns off when the battery is fully charged. is something wrong with the charger, or those batteries?

the battery is not making a good connection to the charger, and wont charge. if you have some sandpaper or steel wool (or something like that), use it on the ends of the battery to clean them off, then try again. if that doesnt work, try it on the charger connections. they get some corrosion on them if it doesnt get used much.

it is fine it should do that i charge batteries myself.
