Probably doesn't mean much. I was supposed to get a kiss from a girl, and thought about it day and night over the winter, and even dreamed about it a couple times, but it never happened and it doesn't look like it will.

Unless you want to just live in a dream, ask her out. The worse thing she could say is no. I know that it will probably hurt for awhile if she does, but at least 3 years from now you won't have any regrets.
