Eatin' too many carbs/fat and doin' too little activity to burn it off. The abdomin and legs are the first places that the body stores fat and the last places that it removes fat stores from. If you want to get rid of it, you need to fix your diet and make your body move more to burn more calories.

Take a look at your mom---I had a sis in law with a size 5 blouse and skinny neck and arms and a hind end as big as a barrel, started right below her waist--looked llike two bodies glued together---could be genetics or lack of exercise if is a recent discovery.

ab fat and that area are caused by the body not being able to brake it down faster nuff the biggest thing is mono fats which is man made and the body cannot break it down in foods like deep fried foods cakes well you get the idea
