No, you will not be harmed. It's unlikely that your dog will be harmed, either. There are some parasites that an animal can get from eating a dead bird, but for the most part, it's just gross.

Are you asking: Can you be harmed? or Can you're dog be Harmed? If it's you. well unless you stick you're hand down the dogs throat or try to take their food from them then the answer is no. As far as you're dog goes. Depends on if the bird had any diseases or not. My dog use to eat birds all the time. Use to catch them out of mid air and eat them. He never had any problems.
