What does it mean if your boyfriend, who you live with, will not get rid of pictures of his ex-girlfriend, excuse me, ex-fiance. He says because he keeps all his pictures, he's in the pictures and it's in past and he doesn't care about her or want her so there shouldn't be a problem. I don't believe it. Am I right or wrong?

If he wishes to keep the pictures let him, but make sure they are stored away somewhere where you never have to see them. I have pictures of all kinds of friends, exes, family. It's hysterical to take them out and remember the place or laugh at the clothes etc. He probably really doesn't care about her anymore. Now if he is still displaying these pictures, run girlfriend while you have the chance!

It doesnt mean that he still loves her. She is a part of the history in his life. I have pictures of my high school graduation and my ex-fiance is in them, we dated for 5 yrs. I am not going to get rid of them because they are a part of who I am now. Its just memories, not realities of the present, just the past. We all have a past history.

It probably means nothing. We don't work the way you do.
I'm sure you have boxes of old photos, gifts and letters from previous boyfriends.
Does he give you a hard time about them? Or are they something that you keep to yourself?
Sounds like you project your way of thinking onto him.
