I bought my wife 2 dozen roses and a little extra that she won't be forgetting anytime soon!!!

I had a regular day. We didn't go out. Although, it does feel nice to give and receive gifts, I like to be spontaneous and prefer getting gifts throughout the year not when everybody else is expecting to give you something super expensive.
I cooked a nice Italian dinner and he washed my car for me. I think this was considerate and thoughtful. He took me out another day and I go him something special at the end of the month. I am pretty happy we have been married for 5 years and we have not celebrated Valentines day-ever.
