Hi I've recently been hanging out with this guy in my school and we talk sometimes, but not about anything serious. I've heard that he might like me, because sometimes when my friends make jokes about him liking me he gets all quiet. He also told his guy friend he thought i was pretty. I don't know if this is just him being a guy or does he actually like me? Thanks!

I don't think he does. If you are asking "does he like me" the answers is generally "no"
If he liked you, you would know. Guys aren't noted for our subtley.

I would say yes, he likes you. He obviously enjoys spending time with you, or you wouldn't be hanging out together. So he prefers your company. If he didn't think that you're pretty, he probably wouldn't want other people to see you hanging out together. Yep... he definitely likes you.

If he actually said "pretty", then he likes you. Hot means that you are just good looking.

ask him! better yet, tell him you think he's cool and see how he reacts. if he acts weird then he probably just wants to be your friend. if he's natually a shy person, then make the first move. tell him you dig him and go from there.
