Is Canada a great country? I've never been but i would like to. I'm just a girl who ives in Missouri...

I was born in the U.S. and lived there 45 years.
I now live in Canada, and YES, it's a great place!!
IMO the quality of life is higher (even though the cost of living is also higher). And beyond that, it is beautiful!! The U.S. is also a very scenic country, but Canada has it's own kind of beauty, cleaner and more pristine.
I live in Vancouver, and as others have said, it's a wonderful city ... beaches in the city, snow capped mountains towering over, a fantastic library, shopping, and every where you look, bodies of water. One of the five most beautiful cities in the world!

I live in Canada..in Vancouver and I gotta say its the best city ever. Theres beaches right in the city. I love it! Especially shopping downtown in the summer then just hopping over to the beach =) I dont get why everyone makes Canada out to be nothing what it really is. Actually come here before you make up your mind about us. And no we all don't say 'eh' at least i dont haha.

Canada is an excellent place to visit. depending on what you want to see and do depends on where you go. if you want ot see a lot of winter snow and winter activities eastern canada is good for that (such as Ontario and Quebec) they also do winter festivals. if you want to ski, learn kyacking, canoeing, sailing, or other water sports western canada is good for that. British Columbia is especially beautiful as you can sail inthe afternoon and ski in the evening. the maritimes (east coast of canada) is great for sailing as well as other outdoor activites.
All of canada is very lovely with a lot of wilderness and wildlife. it is a large country with a smaller population than the USA. it is cuturally diverse as well and a little more liberal in its viewpoints.

I think Canada is cool. Especially this time of year ;-) Seriously, there are good people there, and lots to see and do; go visit sometime. Just remember to take your passport so that you can get back across the border.

i live in canada i think it is a great place especially in winter
you should go to banff where there is not many people like edmonton cuz you wont actually get to see canada for yourself

Canada is a great place to live, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It's cleaner, quieter, safer and bigger than the US.

I've been all over Canada, from St John's to Vancouver....there are so many beautiful cities, like every city there are down falls but overall I love it............I'm from Toronto, Toronto is awesome!!!!!!!!
