There are a lot of books available. They are usually better than web sites. Also, I would suggest a book that comes with a CD or tape. It helps a lot to be able to both hear and read.
Also, many communities offer very low cost or, sometimes, free classes. This is true in most countries and for many languages. Classes really are better than web sites or books. The interaction with other people helps so much.
Do not be upset with yourself. English is not an easy language to learn.
