There is this girl at school and she use to always she hi to me in th e hallway. I havent asked her out yet, but then she stoped talking to me. I know she still has feelings for me and I like her too. Should I ask her out or not? I realy like her but I dont know if it will be allright to ask her out. PLEASE HELP!!!

You only have one life to live! Might as well go for it. Sure, you might get regected, and that sucks badly, but look at the other side. That girl might be one of the girls on here posting a question just like yours. Take a chance.

Yeah.
Stop driving yourself insane. She will turn you down or say maybe, or sure. Women send signals that we either miss or miss interpret. If you do not ask her out within a short window of time she will start to think that there is something wrong with you and move on. You will have to be comfortable when you ask her out...
I tend to want to ask a lady out when no one else is around and I must come off like some kind of psycho...cause they have always turned me down.

Yeah, you definately have to go for it!
If you dont' you'll what if it for the rest of your life.
I once heard a quote that says you don't remember the stupid things you did do when you were younger, but rather the things you didn't do that you wanted to. And I try to kinda live by that.
What's the worst that could happen?
She says no.
Everyone gets rejected, it's part of life.
But what's the best that could happen?
She could say yes.
and think about how happy that would make you.

Get to know her better and only ask her out once you guys start spending more time together or start talking and if she only says "hi" and that's the only time she talks to you then she might not feel the same way.

Yes, maybe she was saying "hi" hoping to start a conversation, leading to you asking her out. But, maybe she stopped saying "hi" because she gave up/you didn't follow through. Good to do it soon, before she moves on to someone else (who does ask her out).

if you are that sure that she likes you, then ummmmm.......what are you waiting for?
the next time you see her
go up to her and say "hey...haven't talk to you for a while, you mind if i walk you to your class..?"
and if she say yes, ask her out along the way.
oh and she probably stop talking to you because you never did any thing more than "hi". so she gave up.
