If you just want to weigh a lot like a sumo wrestler by adding fat, try eating sticks of butter with tubs of butter-cream frosting for dessert. On special occasions you could get a store -made birthday cake and just suck all the frosting off it. Wash it all down with pure dairy cream.
All the people who want to be skinny instead will cry with jealousy at your choices.

i have always been pretty underweight according to medical standards and a doctor once told me to drink ensure. this is a very healthy drink and is supposed to help u gain without all the fat and cholesterol. good luck

it doesnt matter what u eat
u have to eat more calories then you burn.
for example i need 2000 calories to maintain my weight..if i eat more then that then i will gain weight..if i eat any less then i will lose
