What can i use to seal my concrete floor, from pet odor?

my dog had a few accidents in my unfinished basement. Now it has an odor. I wand to get rid of the odor before i lay carpet down. I dont know what king os sealant to use

You can buy a 2 part epoxy floor finish in clear or in color. That is a permanent seal which is the standard treatment for a garage floor or a basement floor.

There are do it yourself kits or you can look in yellow pages for people who does this professionally.

Do not use Latex or oil base paint on a concrete floor.

Go to the local hardware store and buy zinsser or kilz. zinsser is better because it has a shellac in it.
