You don't say whether you are looking for the quick fix or long lasting solution... so I will tell you that cutting out carbohydrates will result in lots of weight loss. You must not eat.... bread, juice, potatoes, rice, bananas (actually, all fruit), high carb foods. Stick with proteins, meats and veggies for a couple weeks and your guaranteed to lose 10 pounds or more. I did this for 2 years and loss 25 lbs...however, I just couldn't eat that way forever. I now eat whole grain breads, brown rice and lots of veggies still. Fish, twice a week, chicken, pork, steak, and small servings of pasta, Oh yeah, and lots of fruit, all kinds, usually in the morning. I also exercise for at least 1 hour 3x per week....spinning :) love it! I am now comfortable with my weight and energy levels. good luck!

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Take only water in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times for effective functioning of ur natural system of telling u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period effortlessly and permanently.

i was always skinny and then i had my first child and BOOM! I put on loads of weight. so i'd never dieted before and trying to watch what i ate was soooooooooooooo hard! so what i've been doing now is eating and drinking whatever i want through the day till 12pm. then i don't eat anything till 6pm where i have a diet shake with a scoop of low fat icecream. i also go for a 1/2 hour speed walk. in 8 weeks, i'd lost 9kg. but remember, i ate whatever i wanted before 12 and however much i wanted... ;) not the best diet but it worked for me and i didn't have to worry about what i ate

i did this:
eat less...i ate the same things so i didn't have to change my life. just age a lot less (like 30% of what i had been eating.) worked great. exercise never worked for me.
i did this:
cabbage soup diet...
i did this:
eat only healthy things like fruits and veggies and lentils..and
eat only until you are no longer hungry (don't eat until you are full)
i have lost a lot of weight doing these things at different times
whichever works for you

go on a low fat diet do not eat a lot of fast food try something like the tuna sandwich at subway eat a piece of fruit a day 30 minute walk or jogging around the park or just join ballys.

Lots of cold water, fruits and veggies and at least an hour a day of stomach exercises! I lost 50 pounds that way!

hi, the best way to lose weight is to eat less and doing excersize and trying to get the good carbs and bad carbs seperated
