a curling iron. then after that u can use some garnier fructis soft culr gel to make them not do tight and more loose like kate hudson

Use a curling iron....

Or best way: wash your hair, then lightly dry it, run your fingers through the hair with a light strong holding mousse, put it up in a chignon/bun, and leave it for an hour or so. Or blow dry it if you're in a hurry, while it's in the bun. Let it down, and set it with hairspray.
