Cranberry juice (and all other dark berry juices) help to clean out kidneys. Also they have antioxidants in them and vitamin c, very good for you.
If you can't stomach pure cranberry then you can try a cranberry cocktail (like cranapple), just check to make sure that the cranberry juice content is above 30%.
