Well. I wouldn't eat only that. I would eat it for two meals though. Have you ever heard of the special K challege from Kellogg's? It says that if you replace 2 meals a day with that cereal then you will lose weight and it really works! My coworker has done it and she has continued to do it. She says that it is a way of life now. Just be sure that you have one healthy fulfilling meal a day and make sure that it is a healthy cereal!

You would grow to hate cereal and skim milk and you would lose nutrients your body needs with other food. Not a good idea.

It will become boring in no time.
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day. Take only water in between.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times for effective functioning of ur natural system of telling u that u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve ur ideal weight in a reasonable period effortlessly and permanently.

you would probably lose a lot of weight depending on how much you eat, and you would most likely get really bored of your diet. You would also lose out a lot on other vitamins. I'm not sure it would be the best way to go.

You would suffer from vitamin and mineral deficiency and suffer with the symptoms.
You wouldn't be getting enough protein etc in your diet either.
