STOP! Please do not ingest any fluoride. Fluoride is the most violent protoplasmic poison known to science. There are many studies and research articles exposing the many dangers of fluoride. Do a web search on the dangers of fluoride and you will learn alot. The U.S.A. police state mandates that the public water supply be fluoridated, another way of paying off the chemical manufacturers such as Dupont, Monsanto, etc. Corporate America controls and buys the U.S. Congress, and the people have no voice in what goes into our water supply, such as chlorine and fluoride.

The importance of the floride in the antibiorics depends on how much florine there is in your drinking water: if there is a significant amount, it's probably not a good idea. Many water supplies are artificially floridated--and if so, forget the floride in the vitamins. You don't need it. IF not, be it noted that a trace of floride in the diet is important, because it causes teeth to be laced with florine, making them more resistant to dental decay; it also toughens the bones. Both are, I'd say, significantly important.

As for prenatal vitamins, there is a growing body of evidence that supplementation with some vitamins and minerals (the evidence is strongest for iron and folic acid) during pregnancy can reduce the risk of birth defects and/or mental retardation in the progeny. I'd say that was important.

Prenatal vitamins are extremely important for both mother and baby. The vitamins included prevent birth defects in the baby (e.g. folic acid prevents spina bifida.) The iron helps prevent anemia in the mother.

Vitamins with fluoride strengthen children's teeth (make them less susceptible to dental caries.) Who wants cavities?
