forgive yourself. It is what you are now that matters.
Rationalize what it is you did and why, and realize why you choose not to do it again. If you do not feel right about it then you are confusing yourself. Only you can forgive yourself, and I can only forgive myself - when we have understanding we do not need forgiveness, for it is god's will that we do what we do. Stop doubting yourself and understand what is right or not. If you do what you do for the right reasons then there is nothing wrong with it.
I can never forgive something that is not right. We are not our acts we are what we are now, not then. Do not seek forgiveness for those acts. Let yourself know what you are now, and if you can see right in that, then that is all that matters.
This is not to say ignore things you think that are wrong, but instead understand why they occured and understand why those things are not sought now, and know not to do it again if it is not right for you.
Don't speak to me to speak to Jesus be in communion with the holy spirit, by understanding the holy union. Only you can save yourself, through understanding of Jesus and the holyness that Jesus is meant to represent.
Only you can bring peace to yourself, know that when you find the truth of your peace then you will see the way, and you will be forever free.
It is not making up for your misdeed but living your life now in right. The past is just a confusion, if you can understand we are one time, and that it is the state of faith and purpose that we exist for in this moment, as all time.

The True Founder of Christianity
Did Jesus or his Apostles follow a religion called Christianity? Who were the first 'Christians' ? Who founded Christianity and do the teachings of Christianity conform to the teachings of Jesus?
The teachings of Paul, the true founder of Christianity, cannot be found anywhere in the teachings of Jesus or in those of prophets before him.

God's Infinite Mercy
[39:53] Proclaim: "O My servants who exceeded the limits, never despair of GOD's mercy. For GOD forgives all sins. He is the Forgiver, Most Merciful."
[39:54] You shall obey your Lord, and submit to Him totally, before the retribution overtakes you; then you cannot be helped.
[39:55] And follow the best path that is pointed out for you by your Lord, before the retribution overtakes you suddenly when you least expect it.
[39:56] Lest a soul may say, "How sorry I am for disregarding GOD's commandments; I was certainly one of the mockers."
[39:57] Or say, "Had GOD guided me, I would have been with the righteous."
[39:58] Or say, when it sees the retribution, "If I get another chance, I will work righteousness."
[39:59] Yes indeed (you did get enough chances). My proofs came to you, but you rejected them, turned arrogant, and became a disbeliever.
[39:60] On the Day of Resurrection you will see the faces of those who lied about GOD covered with misery. Is Hell not the right retribution for the arrogant ones?
[39:61] And GOD will save those who have maintained righteousness; He will reward them. No harm will touch them, nor will they have any grief.
[39:62] GOD is the Creator of all things, and He is in full control of all things.
[39:63] To Him belongs all decisions in the heavens and the earth, and those who disbelieve in GOD's revelations are the real losers.
[39:64] Say, "Is it other than GOD you exhort me to worship, O you ignorant ones?"
Idol Worship Nullifies All Work
[39:65] It has been revealed to you, and to those before you that if you ever commit idol worship, all your works will be nullified, and you will be with the losers.
[39:66] Therefore, you shall worship GOD alone, and be appreciative.

All you have to do to be forgiven according to the Bible is ask God for forgiveness! Ask and you will be forgiven. Followers of Christ are sinners, all people are sinners and we all have to accept that, God knows that, if he wanted us to all be perfect and not sin, he would not give us choice. Also, I believe everyone will slip and make a mistake and sin but if you ask for forgiveness you will be forgiven! God Bless you and you are already forgiven if you have already asked!

It's not up to us to pray that you be forgiven. If you pray to God in the name of Jesus to forgive you of your sins and misdeed, and except Him as your Savior, He will forgive you and your past will be cast into the sea of forgetfulness, and as He said, He would remember them no more. he will set you free.

Sure i'd pray for you. Just confess, and do a good deed to someone every day. Also, you may want to read a bible verse before starting the day, and ending your day with a prayer (b4 sleeping.)

dude, dude... dont worry... the only "unforgivable sin" is to denounce or deny the "holy spirit"...
which are are all made up concepts promoted by a self proclaimed "holy book"...
This is all in your head (honestly).. break away from the torture of christianity my friend .. else you will live your life in continued guilt and fear of imaginary "gods" ....
all the best my friend :-)

I will pray for you.
Stop Backsliding, but when you do repent and try even harder.
When it is hardest to pray, pray harder.
May God have Mercy on your soul, in the name of Jesus, Amen.
