No. You can't assume that all Mexican Americans are harboring illegals, alot of them have contributed to America as citizens and deserve respect. If Mexican Americans are *caught* being traitors to their country, then they should be punished like any American traitor. The innocent should not be punished for the actions of a few.

No, we shouldn't deport all Mexicans. Don't ask questions like this.
We should deport the illegals and close off illegal immigration and kick out even some of the recent immigrants.
Many Mexican Americans are fantastic, patriotic, God-fearing people who work hard.
However, the ones who "aid" illegal aliens are committing a criminal act.

It's just unfortunate to read all of the negative and racist comments here on Yahoo Answers about Mexican people.
The fact that illegal immigrants pay taxes at all seems to come as news to many Americans. But did you know that a stunning two-thirds of illegal immigrants pay Medicare, Social Security and personal income taxes. Yet some people have popularized the notion that illegal aliens are a colossal drain on the nation's hospitals, schools and welfare programs—consuming services that they don't pay for. And did you also know that in reality, the 1996 welfare reform bill disqualified illegal immigrants from nearly all means-tested government programs including food stamps, housing assistance, Medicaid and Medicare-funded hospitalization. The only services that illegals can still get are emergency medical care and K-12 education.
I don't think that immigrants are flocking to the United States to mooch off the government. According to a study by the Urban Institute, the 1996 welfare reform effort dramatically reduced the use of welfare by undocumented immigrant households, exactly as intended. And another vital thing happened in 1996: the Internal Revenue Service began issuing identification numbers to enable illegal immigrants who don't have Social Security numbers to file taxes.
One might imagine that those fearing deportation or confronting the prospect of paying for their safety net through their own meager wages would take a pass on the IRS' scheme. Not so. Close to 8 million of the 12 million or so illegal aliens in the country today file personal income taxes using these numbers, contributing billions to federal coffers. No doubt they hope that this will one day help them acquire legal status—a plaintive expression of their desire to play by the rules and come out of the shadows.

Most people are against illegal aliens. Not Mexicans.
Your statistics are wrong. Where's your proof?? Even if it was true, which it isn't, that 2/3s of illegal aliens pay taxes, what about the 1/3 that doesn't?? Just ignore them because of the "2/3" that supposedly do??
What about the many that pay taxes using stolen and fake IDs?? What about the victims of these thefts? What about the millions working UNDER THE TABLE paying no taxes whatsoever?
Hundreds of hospitals in the Southwest are CLOSED due to the massive numbers of illegals flooding the hospitals receiving free care, free baby deliveries etc.

ILLEGAL Mexicans YES! Mexican American citizens, no. I think they should be fined for doing something illegal. I thought a family member that harbored an illegal family should have had a fine.
