How can I make a moustrap car with minimal tools and supplies?

I'm just not very handy with power tools...

What is a mousetrap car? If it is like a mousetrap with wheels you could get toy car wheels with an axle and staple the axles to the bottom of the mousetrap using those round staples that you hammer in. If it is not that I have no idea.
