I wouuld prefer cards with no annual fees and rewards but any will do.

the Simmons credit card it has the master card logo on it but is not linked to a name you refill it by going to one of their out lits and buying refil cards good luck

Yes there are two excellent cards you can use that are secured but don't report as secured to the credit bureaus. One is from Amalgamated bank in Chicago and the other is Citibank.

Another variation of this is to get a savings account which you then secure and the bank gives you a visa debit card (can be used for purchases) that you can use like a credit card. Pay back the money on the account on time or ahead of time and you can go back within 12 timely payments and get an unsecured line of credit.

yes there is you fill up Visa or Master Card you get from Money Mark I,m From Canada I don,t know if you got something like that Us Good Luck
