Here in canada school starts Sept 4th and ends June 30th

We started August 4th and our year ends May 19th. Some districts have moved to year round school so they only get a month off in the summer but periodic breaks throughout the year.

They usually start in mid August. The year ends in early June. Kids usually start school at age 5 and finish REQUIRED school at age 18.

School years vary from state to state AND district to district. However, the norm is from late August/early September until late May/early June.

depends on where you live here in mo they start Sept 20 about and end May 16 normally 20 this year due to snow days

You mean what months? It varies around but if I remember it was late August, early September to Mid June. 13 total year if you count kindergarten.
