We are looking for a reasonable but nice place to hold a wedding and a reception. around 100 people does anyone know of a place?

Have you tried looking on theknot.com and weddingchannel.com? They both have sections that are "your local area" that offer lists of vendors for each region in each state... I found a lot of our vendors on those sites. Also, you can try just serching the yellow pages for "banquet"... That is how I found a place for my sister's bridal shower. Best of luck!

I am not from there, sorry. However, I noticed that not too many people have responded yet, so I thought I'd give you some ideas. I would try looking at some country clubs and hotel ballrooms. Most of these merely charge a minimum for food and drinks, but it is very easy to meet it without picking the most expensive things. Therefore, you don't have to pay to rent a place and to pay for food.
