Xx Tequila Sunrise:
I am sorry to hear about what happened to you when you were 5. A truly interesting story about the mother who permitted that animal around her children. It is just that her children were taken from her. She does not deserve to have them.

I have never recieved so many answers to a question I posted. Your voices represent the moral majority in this country. Child killers (rapists) are not human, they lose their humanity when they cross that line, therefore there is no rehabilitation available for these empty shells. I am still heartbroken over little Jessica Lunsford who was buried alive by that animal. The animal was found whoopin it up in a bar when the arrested him.

Well if it is a man then his private parts should be cut off then he should be thrown into jail for life with a big tattoo on his head saying child abuser , child killer or child rapist.
When it comes to females they should be thrown in jail for life with a big tattoo on her head saying child abuser , child killer or child rapist.
One thing inmates hate is people who abuse molest or kill children, most inmates who abused ,killed or molested children get raped in prison and becomes someones b****, they have also had a lot of child killers, child molesters and child abusers killed in prison.
These people should be in jail for life, look at the statistics. About half of child molesters and child abusers who go to jail get out and repeat the crime again but this time they also kill the child or children and most people who kill children and get out go back to killing kids again.
I had a case near me like last year only 10 minutes away about a child molester who got out of jail and started dating a woman with kids, a few months later the womans young son was dead. The man raped him and killed him and you want to know the pathetic part? The mother new he was a child molester, the school principle recognized him off the sexual offenders registry and contacted the mother of the kids he was picking up at school and she still stayed with him and allowed him to be near her kids, she is now actually being charged and her other kids were taken from her.
I have very strong hate for people who do this stuff to kids, I know how kids who are molested feel because I was molested at the age of 5 and the guy did not see 1 day of jail and now he is 40 some years old and has a 18 year old wife who he started dating when she was 14, perfect example of how child molesters never change, he has 2 kids now who are 5 and 2 and it hurts to think of them being with him because I know he is probably molesting those children. It just sickens me that he is allowed to have those children.

I dont believe in the death penalty and I think its an easy way out for them without fully acknowledging the pain and torment they have caused.
I have two ideas.
#1- Let the parents do whatever they wish to them, I suggest slowly cutting of each and every thing that protrudes from their body with a rusty saw edged cutting implement. Not all in one go, but very very slowly and putting salt or lemonjuice into the wound. This should be done over a very long period of time. With no medical intervention. Also the punishment that is doled out in jail by other prisoners is a good form of torture. Putting a hose up their bum with barb wire inside, then pulling out the hose leaving the barb wire inside, then roughly pulling out the barbed wire.
#2 (more humane) leaving them in solitary confinement for the rest of their lives. In a small cell with no books, correspondance,TV,medical attention, only the basic food input to keep them barely alive. A bed, a toilet and a shower. No contact with anyone.

I believe they should have done to them EXACTLY what they did to the innocent defenseless child. For example I recently watched an interview of a sadistic pedophile who would physically abuse/torture and rape his 9 yr old step-son. He would (3-4 times a week) place a lrg Ziploc bag over the poor boys head, seal the bottom around his neck with duct tape and rape him... (soo sad and fkn horrible!!!) the more the boy suffered the more he got off. When the boy would turn blue and pass out he would quickly tear off the bag (not for fear of him dying- this excited him) turn the boy over to rape him in the mouth and ejaculate on his face as he gasped for air... UUUUGGGGHH!!!! SICK BASTARD!!! ... With that being said, I think people who do such horrific acts toward children should be punished by having what they did to their victims, done to them. REPEATEDLY!!!

Life in prison. Where I live there are a lot of "good ol boys" doing time for smaller stuff...who have distinct sensibilities about the abuse of women and children. I'm not inventive enough to truly take the lb of flesh owed...but I'm sure those who have spent 5-10 are.

I think that they should be tortured, beat, and raped as well. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth (or however the saying goes)
But if that isn't going to happen they should either get life in prison or the death penalty.

Lock them all up together and never let them free. Let them survive on bread and water and not have any education or free time that is often given to inmates. They cannot be treated, at least not at this point in time.

people who ask this sort of question are often the form who don't have self assurance in an afterlife. in spite of the actuality that Christians are relatively horrified by technique of those issues occurring international, they do no longer melancholy because of the fact area of their faith is in an afterlife the place"God will wipe away the tears from their eyes, " to boot as theory that God is a God of Justice. The Christian reaction is to no longer ask why( this is ineffective particularly because of the fact no quantity of accusing God of state of being inactive can forestall those horrors from occurring) yet how they might help mitigate those circumstances. experience tells us that moments of super human catastrophes can grow to be opportunities for super human heroism, the place human beings of regardless of faith go out of their thank you to gamble their existence to help their fellow guy. might those human beings have provided a hand in replace for his or her lives in the event that they did no longer have self assurance in an afterlife?

I'm a firm believer that we should do to people what they do to others!
You hear these stories of babies that were beat to death by some means or another. I think we should do EXACTLY to them, what they deserve.
one example: a few years ago, there was a story about a 21 month old boy that had pooped in his diaper, taken it off, and took it to his mother in the kitchen. The poop rolled out of the diaper and hit the floor. She LITERALLY beat him to death for it! DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!!! ......... So I think, we should put her in a pair of depends, until she $hits herself, and then beat her to death for it.

I think anyone who is sick minded enough to ruin a child life that way should get the death penalty. Honestly how sick would you have to be to even think of that kind of stuff my god.

Texas is doing it the right way in my opinion.... they are putting sexual predators who commit crimes against children on death row.
I think all states should adopt this law for extreme cases of tortue/rape/molestation.
