Where would you buy a martingale chain collar with a leather lead attached?

I dont suggest a chain Martingale. They are not a choker. They dont normally come in Leather since you need to have a flexible material to manuver with. Most are Fabric, Ribbon, or Jaccard. These are better and suit the purpose of the Martingale. I got mine from this sight and had it shipped to me.

The reason for having seperate is because the leash would twist. The hook part of the leash often contains a swivel which prevents the leash from twisting if the dog starts turning
