Haha, I always feel so guilty about stepping on them, but there's nothing worse than seeing a centipede scurry across your bedroom floor into a pile of clothes that conveniently happened to be on the floor also. Eek. :[

Haha yeah, before that I was cleaning out my closet floor and there were two little spiders there.. lucky bastards found a way out, too. The centipede was actually on it's way out the door of my room after my dad and I were harassing it with flashlights, but then it decided to turn around. I only meant to kinda kick it the other way, but ended up stepping on it. Oops.

Apparently Christians think so with their "thou shal not murder" rule. I'm sure that applies to everything including the viruses that make you sick. The bible doesn't give any exceptions.
Any Christian trying to cure themselves from illness, or killing a bug in their home is breaking one of the ten commandments and will be sent to Hell according to their beliefs.

Oh man, centipedes in the bedroom??!?!?!
I would never hesitate to kill them by dropping the Yellow Pages on them, from a safe distance.
Somebody else has to take care of the carcass however.
Those things p-ss me me off, they're so quick - and venomous too.
So no!
Don't feel guilty about killing those c--ksuckers.

yes, you're breaking one of the most important commandments. if you want to go to heaven, then i suggest that you do something spectacular to impress God. like start breeding roaches and house flies as penance for all those that you've killed in life!
this is certainly a bargain for a place in heaven.
i'd imagine you wouldn't have to do much. why you could go to your local sewer and get a few roaches there, and then visit a pet store and pick up some larvae. when you bring them home, empty some bags of potato chips and bottles of molasses all over your house. keep the thermostat at a pleasant temperature and remember not to flush one of your toilets for a few months (or rather look into horse manure). you want to keep god's little creatures comfortable and for some reason they enjoy that smell.

I don't believe in sin. I try to move them outside to get rid of them but it's that not possible for whatever reason then I will kill them without a second thought.

I think it is immoral to kill anything without just cause, so I don't kill any bugs that don't pose a risk to me or others. If a harmless one happens to find its way into my home or work place, I scoop it up and place it outside in the grass.

I am a wiccan so naturally, it is against my beliefs. I take a cup and paper, slide the paper under the bug, put the cup on top of it, and let it go outside.

Thats funny but if you feel bad its your conscience ,something people ignore therefore you know its wrong. That is the fruit of knowledge. So you can see that you had no reason to kill it so than it is a sin.You have no authority on waht lives or dies.
