i was thinking about getting a tattoo on my lower back...my friend told me that guys call that the tramp stamp and that anygirl who has one is a girl that a guy wants to have sex with...is that true? and does it hurt alot? where would be a good place to get it done?

- Guys want to have sex with all girls regardless of tattoos, your friend is an idiot. However, there is a perception that a tattoo on the lower back is basically an advertisment saying "I like it from behind"
- Those lower back tattos are so done to death. Anything would be better.
- of course it hurts, it's a needle.
- some alternative locations: hip bone, shoulder blade, nape of the neck, ankle (ouch), belly button, innner thigh, whatever. I know a guy who has one on the bottom of his foot. just do something besides what everybody else is doing.

The lower middle back is the PLACE for the "tramp stamp",
but a tramp stamp must also be a specific tattoo in order to
qualify. Perfect spots for a first tattoo would be ankles or on
the back of the shoulder. Tattoos should be small and tasteful. And, in your case, they should be feminine.

Tramp stamp! LOL If I had only known!! That is where I got my tattoo. It did hurt, but was well worth the pain. You forget quickly about the pain.
If you are considering a tattoo, get it where YOU want it. It is your body and long after these guys are gone, you have to deal with the tattoo and where it is. It's a good place because you can easily hide it.

I've heard it called a tramp stamp, but having a tat there doesn't necessarily mean you're easy (or that you prefer having a certain kind of sex more than others, if you know what I mean).
Some guys are going to think any girl with any tat is easy or wild in bed, and there might be some truth to it since girls who get tattoos are obviously more liberal/open-minded/alternative than girls who don't.
The best way to think of a tattoo is a as permant reminder of a temporary emotion.

Yeah I didn't get any tats on my lower back because of them being known as the tramp stamp.....honestly though tats in that area look weird when you're naked....they're ok when you've got on a belly shirt or something like that though

I've often wondered why men have a thing about a tattoo in that area. Kind of like twins. Why are they so hot about it???
I say go for it! Generally the back will hurt becasue of the nerve bundles along the spine. But you'll be grateful you did it once it's over.

I've never heard of a tattoo in that spot being called that.... I've got a tattoo on my lower back but it was very well thought out. It also depends on your tollarence for pain, it hurts, but not too bad. Just make sure you know what you are getting, and who you are getting it done by.

if i were u i would get it on my ankle or sholder and no i have a friend that has a tattoo on her L back and it doesn`t make u loook like a tramp

It's probably true. Guys like bad girls just as much as girls like bad boys. If you're gonna get one, I say get it at your abs near your mid-drift. Your backs gonna hurt, but your ab may be better. I got one on my right bicep.
