or did man create god(s)? I know this question has probably been asked before but I'm new to this site. I wanted to ask it for myself.

Don't know for sure but I do know we do create gods on a regular basis, weather or not theres a big guy in the sky who twitched his nose and created man I don't think so, but I could be wrong, I wasn't there.

I believe that man created God(s). First as a way to explain the unexplainable-everything natural around them. And secondly, as a means of controlling a large number of people spread out over a vast area.
