My boyfriend and I have been dating for 3 months. He just opened up a restaurant and he's been extremely busy. I'm very patient with him and I understand how busy he is. Ever since his restaurant opened he barely ever calls me and I haven't seen him in a month. Me being hard headed I don't call him unless he at least calls me once, so we barley talk. He says he still feels the same way about me but hes just been extremely busy. I'm not sure what to do, should i break up with him or tough it out with him for the next few months in hopes it will get better like he says?

I want to say that I show him so much support and tell him if he needs anything that I will be there for him. I never show him I'm mad when he doesn't call me for 3 days in a row because I don't want to stress him out more.

First of all, if you want to talk to your bf so badly, then call him! Don't wait for him to call, because that's just so immature. Well, i see this guy is really busy and doesnt have much time to spend it with you. You should tell him to like call you just to say "hi" or just to check up on you even if its going to take only 1 min. I think even if a person is busy they should make time to call or either text their gf or bf just to talk to them for 1 sec to let them know that they care about them. Communication is really important to keeping a strong relationship. So, two people need to talk from time to time. If not, it may be a sign that one person my be losing interest/falling out of love in the other. But you need to tell your bf about how you feel and that this is driving you nuts.

Why don't you stop being hard-headed and/or entitled, and try to show your support for him instead? You can't expect the guy to be busy as hell yet spend a lot of time on you if you're being difficult.
