i usually just get close to the guy and look him in the eyes...and if that doesnt work....kiss him first

after a date, linger for a while. like if he's dropping you off stay in the car and make small talk. he should realize that you don't want to leave him just yet. then move closer to him. maybe touch his shoulder or chest. if he still doesn't get the hint that you want him to kiss then your gonna have to kiss him first.
