This is kind of hard to ask so I am gonna give the scenario. Say Lisa and Jim were best friends since they were four years old. They are now older and have never actually dated. Lisa is feeling some very very strong feelings toward Jim which she doesn't think is just the average like-like. Could Lisa be in love with her best friend, Jim, even if they have never dated?

Of course it's possible, it happens all the time. You don't need to date someone before you fall in love with him. Often it happens out of the blue. But that's what's magic!
