That is the religion that, 2300 years ago, spread its ideas to both the West and the East. Of course one would actually have to put his or her own superstitions aside for awhile and study the history of world religions to know it.

yes i am Zoroastrian, its the base of all religions and all religions took something from it and changed it slightly to call it their own. the only difference between Zoroastrianism and the religions that came after it is that Zoroastrianism always sticks with logic and is here to serve the world and not a community and it cannot be used to discriminate any other believes, the book Avesta clearly states these qualities and has a strong believe in nature and that when things are together, they work. they see fire as something holly and who can blame them, fire did give humanity a lot. Zoroastrianism was also a religion which was created by a philosopher called Zoroaster i think. he has lots of famous quotes, my favorite is "in nature, things don't survive because they are strong, they do so because they are important".
i think there is still some people who follow this believe, they have holly places in Iran and north of Iraq i think. its a shame, if people want to believe in something, they should all follow that religion because it serves our world best.

The persian/medean king called Cyrus in Isaiah was well liked by that prophet. He was probably a zoroastrian.
