Check to make sure that you have a good current running from the battery to the amp with a test light. Then if that is good check the ground to the amp. You can check them both at the same time by using the connections on the amp once you know you have a good positive.

If that is wrong then the problem will most likely lie with the remote (blue) wire going to the radio, make sure that it is hooked up correctly. You can use a short wire to jump the connection between the positive and the remote to make sure that the amp is good.

If all that fails then you have deeper problems inside of the amp.

Run a little jumper wire from the 12v + to the "rem" (remote) on the power input rail.

And make sure you have a good ground.
