You get one pair of eyeglasses per year. No contact lenses unless you've had cataract surgery.
Some states only allow one pair of glasses every 4 years though and one state allows one pair of glasses during your life time.
No states pay for any contacts except post cataract surgery and a few pay for a couple other specified conditions that require contacts.
What state are you in and I'll check and see what your state allows.

My bro-in-law.. severe diabetic, on disability and had to have a retina reattached.. the eye surgeon prescribed brown contact lenses.. something about reducing stress/glare on the other retina. MediCal (California's version of medicade) covered it.
But that eye doc had to write a letter, more like a novel to get them covered, as medically necessary.
So unless you have a dayum good reason.......... NO
