Well since you say you have a big forehead do a bang.If your ears stick out don't tuck your hair behind your ears.Also for your neck try to not stick it out and once again use your hair to your advantage.

Have your hair long with bangs swept to one side or another so the attention is on your hair and not your forehead. And the long hair will hide your neck and ears!
