I'm going away on a hockey tournament with a bunch of guys April 13th and chances are we'll be going swimming. I have a 2 piece and I actually want to feel comefortable wearing it infront of people.

How can i drop between 10-20 lbs before then?

I play hockey 6 times a week and go to the gym (haven't been lately because I have a twisted ankle) and I think I eat fairly healthy, but the weight wont come off.

Help!!

ex. This is what I ate today:

breakfast/lunch 2 eggs and 4 pieces of toast
snack 3 pieces of toast
Late afternoon snack - banana muffin
Supper...well I can't have it yet because I'm on the ice in an hour

How can I lose the weight fast?!

Count down on the white stuff; refined sugar and enriched flour. You are taking in too much sugar and bread. I believe an often overlooked problem in our society is water intake. The U.S. is over fed and under hydrated. It sounds like you get enough exercise, so I will add this piece of advice: I bet you look fabulous just the way you are; you are probably healthy,so relax be yourself and enjoy life!

Some people are built larger, and that's no big deal. However, I advise a few less carbs and smaller portions. I -at 12 years old- have created a diet that is healthy and slimming, and I will sum it up for you: balance carbs with protein and calories. Avoid junk when you could have something slightly more healthy (i.e., fruit, warmed in the microwave, sprinkled with Sweet N Low instead of pie). And don't forget to indulge every now and then, or you won't be able to stick to it.
Another thing to remember is that talking to a nutritionist might help. At most gyms, they have nutritionists who can help you decide on a weight-loss supplement as well.
Good luck!

your eating too many carbs. Try eating most of your carbs during the day. and focus on your protein. No white bread, sugar.. banana muffins are not the best thing to munch on.. Eat smaller meals every 2-3 hours. I think you're eating too much toast.. Opt for fruits, veggies and starchy carbs like sweet potatos.
