If you're willing to travel go to Ukraine! the ratio is maybe 7 is to 1 .Don't be a victim of bad publicity they're not as bad nor shallow as the media say they're really good people ( except the ones that you meet online) I don't recommend that . And in Ukraine all you need to do is strike a conversation anywhere train, supermarket etc ,tell them where you from & ask them they're phone numbers & follow-up with inviting them for a nice meal.

Uhh.. you sound like you want a mail order date. You can't just "find a date" and "find a gf". Desperation is such a turnoff. So is awful spelling (yes I looked at your profile)
Try internet dating sites like eharmony.com
I'd suggest actual places and organizations to join, but that might be too much for you.

If you are religiously minded, you may want to try getting involved with a church that has a lot of people in your age group.
