i like this guy and he likes me.. but, we have NOTHING in common, does it matter?

No it doesn't matter when you get to know each other more then you might both develop some common interests together.

I have found that when two people meet their initial attraction may be physical, but over time you will need much more than just that. Having somethings in common will allow for many conversations and that is always welcomed. You will get bored if you don't have anything in common. You may be surprised that after you get to know one another a little bit you may have common interest that you can share. Try and see what happens

No it doesnt matter because if you two like each other then it really dont. The thing that counts is that if you guys really do like each other. Also they say that when there is nothing in common in a relationship its a good thing because both of you will be introduced into each others things.

No, not really. Opposites attract! It might be fun to date someone who is not like you at all. You can teach each other different things...get turned onto one another's interests, etc.
