I think nothing conjures up sandy white beaches and azure seas than a good Pina Colada. Just one taste and I'm on vacation. LOVE THEM And the best thing is ..it's the one drink you can make even better yourself than you get at a bar. A tin of coconut milk, pineapple juice, (a real pineapple to slice for garnish) and light rum - some crushed ice in a blender and sunny breezes, fluffy white clouds ~ floating by under the palm trees. Ahhhh yes.
