The front driver side door speaker needs to be replaced.

Is it possible to get the door panel off and replace the speaker myself?

sure it is, when you go to purchase the new speakers just make sure that they are the same size the stock ones are.

the door panels come off with plastic clips that attach to the door itself

when you get it off, unscrew and unplug the old speakers and replace with the new ones

re snap the door panels on and walla

Yes, it's just two wires. Don't think you have to take the door panel off. The speaker cover either has hidden screws or just pops off.

yes it is possible 2 do this you may need tools to do this if you have manual windows you will need a trim panel removal tool or get creative with needle nose pliers. check out crutchfield.com they send you everything you need to install the speakers. just remember when buying speakers it may be the right size bolt the wrong pattern on the mounts.
