Also, for the guys out there, say if this kiss is leading to sex and this is not what I want, would this be considered teasing?

1) get guy in a semi-private location

2) press your body up against guy

3) grab guy's head/neck for target acquisition and placement

4) perform mutual tongue massage.

Yes, it's teasing if he has any reason to expect that it might lead to sex. As in, if you are out of high school. I'd say second-degree teasing with intent to harass. Short of blue balls, but still pretty evil.

You should just go for it! Surprise him/catch him off guard. Guys tend to like assertive girls...they are "expected" to make all the first moves and if you are bold enough to kiss him first, he'll like that.
If your kiss doesn't lead to sex, that's not teasing. Teasing is when you two are totally naked in your bed and you don't have sex! LOL.
Good luck.

A girl might turn down a kiss in this or that situation, but I've never heard of a guy turning one down!

first if you want to kiss him you just need to spend as much time alone as you can than it will just happen if he likes you back trust me, your age might make a differance, but kissing isnt teasing and if your young he is probaly nervous enough kissing you if hes not make him.

umm. well it's hard to say since i don't know what you guys do.. but maybe if he gives you a ride home or you give him a ride home, give him a kiss before one leaves... or if you're both at a party, pull him over somewhere so you could be alone for a sec and kiss him.

I'd say ask him to meet you somewhere (park or something where no one interrupts) talk for a bit, get closer to him and go for it. I would say its not a tease for sex.

Put your lips on his lips. No, kissing does not automatically lead to sex.
