so i got my lip pierced yesterday and it didn't swell up until this afternoon...when i cleaned it!
now i look like i have been bashed in the face by some heavy object. any tips on how to get the swelling to go down, and fast!

Ice and an anti inflammatory such as ibuprofen

Have some ginger, fresh if possible.
apple cider vinegar, garlic is good for your immune system, and tea...gargle with salt water to keep it clean.
