flirting doesnt come down to method. Just as you have friends, people gotta accept you for you.
Just Like youre taking the iniative in life whether you have a job or are being educated, you gotta come out of your shell. Sometimes that takes trying to say Hello to people once in a awhile. Introducing your self. Theres no better person you know better than yourself so THATS ALL you have to know, You dont need the latest pick up lines or super tip to talk to women. You just gotta have !!"Confidence"!!
Dont feel embarrassed if a conversation goes bad or not your way. The term "many fish in the sea" is the greatest truth to mankind because when you dont succeed, you lift yourself up and try again. One of the biggest flaws we commonly have is the fear of rejection. Rejection is good for any guy because as long as you get used to the feeling it wont be a big deal. All you do is pick your self up, reformulate your stragtegy and come back stronger.
I used to be the shy guy myself so I broke out of my shell in class by introducing myself as often as I could or generating conversation especially to women. It gives you understanding of people and the more women you talk to the more you understand them and soon you will develop ways to flirt with them with ease.

I'm not a guy, but I can tell you that when a guy smiles at me, or strikes up conversation when we're both waiting around (if he notices I'm taking a certain class or whatever), that usually grabs my attention. If she's interested, she'll respond, smile, and be engaged. If she's not interested, she'll just say: "Yea", and leave it at that.
Have you tried joining clubs or organizations? You can find girls there with the same interests as you, AND you don't have to fake conversation - talk about the club!

Girls usually like straight forward guys. Try to read the girls body language and send some of your own signals. A smile, a look, a touch but you will eventually have to talk.

humar acting stupid it all gets there attention they love it cause all girls love to laugh. and others dont but 99.9% do try being funny and dont write out joke or try to be a stand up comic. just be yourself
