When you describe a house/flat...

Are the following statements correct?

"There is one bathroom" "There is one bedroom"

I know that it's better to say "There's a bathroom" but is it correct if after those statements you follow by "There are two living rooms..." etc.?

Thanks

I should hope there is one bedroom and a bathroom, otherwise it's a pretty crappy place.

The best way to say it would probably be one bedroom, one bath...and if someone doesn't get it..they don't need to be out buying or renting anything! Good luck!

they both make sense. i think you'd just avoid making it sound repetitive - there is one bathroom, a bedroom and two living rooms.
