He broke up with me but I stilll have strong feeling towards him.
I don't know what to do. It has been five evry long days and my emmotions are out of control. At first I was upset. Then I was like maybe this is agood thing and I can move on but now iI have been thinking all day and I am a mess.

you got to ask yourself if you where happy before you ever met him and were you happier before him is there more bad times than good and you really got to think back on your life before he was in it and be real with yourself and if you were a better person without him than you should know the anwser

He broke up with you its painful but you will survive. Allow yourself to feel what you feel and take this time to work on becoming the best you, you can be. I find it useful to put these feelings in a place. By that I mean set aside an hour or so a day to deal with it. Cry, get mad, lean on a trusted friend, but when that hour is over do all you can to let it go. Work out, rediscover a hobby you havent spent time on since you met him. Work on some goal you would like to achieve. Its hard to do but if you do it consistently, you will find it easier and easier to deal with everyday. At some point you wont need that hour. Journaling also helps. You get your emtions out in a safe way. Buy a nice journal and a special pen.

we want things that are far from reach, and if he broke up with u then he's made it absolutely clear that he does not want to be with you. and its ok to be a mess. soon ull get tired of being down and move on, though it feels like ull be this way forever. and maybe one day he'll realize who he left. dont let him have the kind of power to decide what mood u wil be in. u have to take control.once a guy has the power to make u cry, and feel worthless...then he has the power to destroy u. so what u hav to do is get over him, and urself, and find someone. get out there and date, because the more free time u have stayin at home, the more time u have to THINK about him.

well first of all if he broke up with you it means that he doesnt have the same feelings for you anymore....its not healthy to be in a relationship where u love the person and the other one just likes you...maybe u should think more about why u broke up, and if its a good choice for u to go back with a person that seems not to like u anymore

Reamber He broke up with you... so it wont matter if you want to go back togather as long as he doesnt want to be togather... then u must also ask ur self why did he broke up with u is it something stupid or.... much deeper if it is something stupid then try to get back to gather... beacuse obisoly ur sad but if he broke up with u for a series reason then try to move one... that will be best thing u can do know... just hang on...

What you need to do is stop for a moment and really try to get in check. You need to try to figure out why he broke up with you. If he broke up with you for another girl, you need to drop him. If he broke up with you for something different, try to determine if it is a good enough reason for him to break up with you, try to talk to him. Also, you need to make sure it is really feelings, and not just anger or rejection. I would give it about a week and decide if you really do still feel for him. If you do, I'd try to talk to him about it. If he's mean to you about it, drop him. Some guys aren't worth it. Good luck.

i felt the same way too when my ex broke up with me, I was a mess for a good 2 months, but you know, it just gets easier, everything around me reminded me of her and whenever I was online, i would constantly check her profile, the only thing that I found that works is to just keep yourself busy, it'll get easier everyday
